Teacner,’ Ixstitvte.--At the meeting of the Crarloitetown Teachers Lustitute oa Saturday evening wr. B. F. Messervey gave an excellent address treating of pub- lic speaking. The subject matter of Mr. Meeservey’s address was discussed by Revs. Fullerton, Spencer and Kirby, Dr. Ta. lor, and Yessrs Landrigao, Seaman and Areenaui', ell of whom spoke in terms of praise of the opener’s presentation of the case.
