ROAD COMPENSATION ACT. PUBLIC NOTICE.

‘ IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us,

under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of ROAD is intended to pass along the County line dividing Townships Numbers 18 and 20.

Now we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by at- tending on the said line of road at or near John Cousins’, on MONDAY the 10th day of SEPTEMBER next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon of the same day. and will proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act 14th Victoria, cap. I, and of the Acts in amendment thereof.
