Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me di- rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at thesuit of J ohii C.Keefe against Matthew Warren and John McNeill, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Matthew Warren and John McNeil], All the Right, Title and Interest of the said Matthew Warrenand John McNeili. in and to Forty acres of Land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, at present in the occupation of the said Matthew Warren, and also. Fifty acres of Land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, at resent in the occupation of the said John McKay or John G. Murphy, in Prince County; and I do here- by give Public Notice that I will. on Saturday, the twenty-ﬁfth (25th),day of June, 1870,at Twelve o’clock. noon. at the Court House in Saint Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction. the said Property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ. being Fifteen pounds seven- teen shillings and four pence (£15 17s. 4d.) with inter est on £3 195. 4d. part thereof, from 4th June, 1867, till
