Dear-Sir,

After listening to Radio U.P.E.I. for the last couple of weeks I set out to find out just who or what is(are) running the station.

It seems that there is a staff of four who are in

charge of the running of the

running of the station, but

after approaching the execur

tive of the radio station I was unable to recieve any type of reasonable response about the station.

I was also unable to make

any sugestion as to changes concerning the running of

the station, because as stat-

ed by the executive "You

have to go through the Stud-

ent Union if you want the

Union as usual. Who runs the Cadre?
