IN pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this Island, made and passed in the ’I‘Wenty-fourth year of the reign of Her-Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled “An Act relating to the Land Assessment at present imposed by law on the Town and Royalty of Prince- town," and also of an Act made and passed in the Twentyaeventh year of the same reign, intituled " An Act to consolidate and amend the several LaWs imposing an Assesment on all Lands in~this Colony, and for the encouragement of Education." I do hereby give public notice. that I have made proclamation. according to the terms of the said Acts. of all the under-mentioned 'l‘own Lots.
