(Reuters)-The Com- which ciaimed copies were selling for six times their value - was the only London newspaper being printed Sunday as the strike knocking out all other London- published newspapers ended its 17th day without a break,

The Daily Worker in today's edition claimed news - starved Londoners were paying as much as one shilling for a copy. It normally costs two peace.

The Worker itself only started up again a few days ago after it settled a printers' strike.

Britons Sunday went for their third straight Sunday without their cherished Sabbath paper. The strike started when 700 elec- tricians and mechanics walked off the job in a dispute over wage increases.

Chief hope for a possible settle- ment this week will come with release of a report by a special government court of inquiry that looked into the strike-expected Tuesday night.

MIAMI. Fla. (AP) Roger Delorme. who set out from Mont- real to make a 3.500-mile round nip to Miami on five dollars. is running ahead of schedule. .

The 19 - year - old Montreal lli.'il- mersity freshman arrived here with 33.25 left. He expects to have change in his pockets when he gets back to Canada.

Roger is making the trip to and a oneyear scholarship from the French language newspaper. Le Petit Journal. its is writing a series of articles for the paper on his adventures.

He wears a khaki boy scout shirt and says it helps him get rides on the highways.

"Peple have been very kind." he said. "They buy mo meals and one even -paid my fare on the terry to Norfolk."
