New Summer Arrangement.

THE MAILS for the United Kingdom, the neighbouring Provinces, United States, &c., will, until further notice, be closed at the General Post Ofiice, Charlottetown, as follows, viz:

For Canada, New Brunswick and the United States, via She- diac, every TUESDAY and FRIDAY evening, at 8 o’clock.

For Nova Scotia, via Pictou, every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY evening at 8 o’clock.

For Great Britain, Newfoundland, and the West Indies, every alternate MONDAY and WEDNESDAYgievening at 8 O’clock, as follows, viz :—

BY virtue ofa Writ of Statute Execution, to me directed,

issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Hon. James Yeo, against Moses Wedge, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Moses Wedge, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Moses Wedge, in and to 50 acres of land, situate on Township No. 15, in Prince County; and [do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the 28th day of February, 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £64 4s ldfi, with interest on £60 78 3d}, part thereof, from the 10th of October, 1863, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of George Ilowatt against Joseph Trowsdale, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Joseph Trowsdale, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Joseph Trows- dale, in and to One hundred acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon belonging, situate on Lot 29, in Queen’s County ; and I: do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 10th day of July, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court Honse in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ,being the sum of £205, together with interest on £200, part thereof, from the let day of January, 1865, till paid, be- sides Sherifi' ’s fees and incidental expenses.
