issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Joseph Hensley, against Donald Munro. I have taken and seized, as the property of the said DOnald Munro. all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Donald Munro. in and to One hundred and ﬁfty acres of Land. more or less, being part of Township Number Fifty. in Queen’s County, in the said Island. and situated on the south- west side of the Road leading from Charlottetown to Georgetown; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will. on Tuesday, the thirtieth day of March next. 1869, at 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown. set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as Wlll satist the levy marked on the said Writ, being £83 118. 7d. with interest on £47 from the 1st day of November last till paid, together with Sheriff’s fees and all incidental ex- penses.

rected, iSSUcd out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Sydney Tudor Evans and Amelia Evans, against Garrett Russell, I have taken and seized. as the prOperty of the said Garrett Russell. all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Garrett Russell, in and to Seventy acres of Land, situate on Township thirty-three. in Queen’s County, in the said Island, bounded as follows: commencing on the west side of the Union Road, in the north-east angle of land in the occupation of Ronald Matthcwson,and running thence, by the Magnetic Meridian of the year 1764. west, to the rear line of farms fronting on the Brackley Point Road, thence northerly along the said rcarline fourteen chains and sixty-two links, thence cast to the Union Road aforesaid. and thence southerly along the same fourteen chains and sixtv-two links to the place of commencement; and I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on Tuesday, the Twenty- ninth day of September neXt. 1868, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House. in Charlottetown, in the said County. set up and sell. at Public Auction. the said pro- perty. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy mark- ed on the said writ. being £49 9s. 6d. WHEREAS. a commission has been issued, directed to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled. “An Act to regulate the lay» ing out and altering of Highways, and of the Acts in amendment thereof.” whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intended to be made. commencinn- at the South-west Road, Lot 26, at the line dividing farms oWned by Mr. John McKever and John Smith, running North until it. meets land owned by Nicholas J. Brown, Esq., thence to his mills. Now, we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties that we will commence the execution of the said Commission by attending at Brown’s Vale Mills. Lot 26, on the twenty-eighth day of April next. at the hour of ten o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day. and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the inquest according to law. THEREAS. a. Commission hearing date the 24th day of February, 1868, has been issued :0 us un- der and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, inti- tiiled. “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways, and the Act in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intended to pass, leading from Narrow Creek towards Grand River Bridge. past McDougall’s Mill, in Lot or Township Number 54.

Now, we do hereby give Public Notice to all persons concerned, that we will commence the. chcntion of the said Commission by attending at the house of John Mc- Millan, in said Township, on Monda , the 6th day of April next. at the hour of ten o’clocli, iii the foreiioon of the same day, and proceed along the said intended new line of road. and complete the said commission ac- cording to law.
