Waszixetox, Feb. 21.—The army board of survey, appointed to enquire into the condemvation of 300.000; o0unds of refrigerated beef consigned to General Miles’ Porto Rico expedition in the war, has covered most of the ground involved in the examination and eapects to give its finding soon.
