Fearful inundations have oceurred at Manilla. Over 10,000 Indians have been drowned. The Spanish mail steamer Malesnia, from Hong Kony to Manilla, has been missing for 21 days. totally lost. Two earthquales took place at Manilla, on October 4th. No loss of life or dainage to buildings.”

Baertat Meeper.—On Saturday night last an affray oceured in a tavern at Kennetcook, between two men named Miller and Lee. which resulted in the death of the latter. They were playing cards, and quarrelled over the “game, when Miller got up, went into another room, and returning with a gun, aimed it deliberatly at Lee, and shot himdead.
