PUBLIC NOTIC. '1. ‘WT IIEBEAS the Undersigned, by Comi-nission bearing date the day of April, have been appointed to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to certain parties through whose Land r. New Line of Road 15 to run, North and South of the Ellis River Bridge, Lot. 10', to meet the new Bridge now in course of erection there.
We do hereby give Notice that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by attending at Mr. Peter Met} regor‘s, at Ellis River Bridge, at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the torenoon, on SATURDAY, the 27th day of MAY next. and thence proceed along the said new line of Bond, and Complete said Commission according to Law.
