Regardiog the fall of the Ferry Ministry, a Paris despatch of the Ist inst., says: A cabinet minister’s fall was never more ignominous than that of Ferry. He was hooted and branded as a liar and a traitor. The President made no attempt to stop the use of these epithets. Frequent cries of “turn bim out,” were directed against the Prime Minister, and the greatest uproar pre vailed throughout the sitting. The vole against M. Ferry included the re- | publican uvion, the extreme left and the monarchists. No group appears to be strong enough to insure a compact ministry. All sections are unaaimous in the determination to prosecute the war to a successful issue. The Figaro says M. Ferry has appealed to his iriends to gather to his support. He de- clared he would send 109,000 men to China i’ necessary.
