D., Surrogate, Judge of Probate, &c., &c., (to. . a H EREAS upon reading the petition of Thomas Mc- Donald, the Administrator of the said Estate, now on tile, setting forth that the deceased had left no personal property whatso- ever, whereby any debt due by the said Estate might be discharged 0r satisfied; and praying that License may be granted to him to sell the Real Estate of the said Deceased, for the payment of the said debt; and, also, upon reading a certified copy at the Inventory of the said Estate, now on file, and annexed to the said Petition; Now, therefore, 1 do hereby order that the parties interested in the said Estate do appear before me, at the Court House in the Colonial Building. in Charlottetown, in the said Island, on Friday, the twen- ty-fourth day_of May, instant, at noon of the same day, to show cause, if any they can, why the prayer of'the said Petition should not be granted; and I do further order that a true copy of this order

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Iler Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Hon. James Yco against John Cameron, I have taken and seized as the property ofthe said John Cameron, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Cameron, in and to Sixty-two acres of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and im- provements thereon, situate on Lot No. 16, on the Eginont Bay Road, near Kent’s in Prince County ; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 13th day of December, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £37 8s 3&1, currency, with interest on £34 86 3.}. part thereof, from 30th January, 1865, until paid, and 17s for said writ, besides Sherifi 's fees and incidental expenses.
