Isidore Lechtman. vice-presi- dent of the Montreal-based com- pany, said here Saturday that negotiations have started with city council to acquire a site. No decision has been reached.

Mr. Lechtman said the com- pany would require 15,000 square feet of space. The plant would contain $25,000 worth of machinery.
