The Honorable Mr..Bakér, in a short speech outlining his role at the Univer- sity, stated that he was happy to say that with the addition of its new parking ’ facilities, U.P.E.I. was fast—becoming the leading university in Canada in Parking lot Development.

He also went on to point out that the province was planning to install toll—booths at strategic points
