' HEREAS, at a meeting of the creditors of the said

lnsoivent Debtor, held on the Twenty-fourth day of May last, after argument, it was ordered, that, as the Schedules of the said Insolvent Debtor were insufficient, he have leave to amend the same; and that. upon the schedules, as amended, being filed. a meeting of the said Creditors shall hereafter be called; and whereas, the said Schedules, as amended, are now on file in the Re- cords of this Honorable Court. I do order that ameeting of the said creditors be held on Tuesday, the Twenty- first day of September next, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said Island, at Eleven o’clock. a. m., of the same day. for the purposes of the said meet- ing first above mentioned; and that this order be pub- lished in the Royal Gazette newspaper for three months from the date hereof.

ROAD COMPENSATION ACT—PUBLIC NOTICE.

‘ HEREAS, a Commission has been issued, directed to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the Reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways.” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interest- ed in the land through which a certain new Road is in- tended to be made, commencing at Mr. J. McCormack‘s, East line, and terminating at Cardigan River. near New Bridge, and which road will run through or over: Now, we do hereby give Public Notice to All parties. that we will commence the execution of said Commission. by attending at Cardigan Bridge. on Monday, the 20th day of September next, at the hour of 1 o’clock, in the afternoon of the same day; and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the inquest according to low. HEREAS. we, the undersigned, having been ap-

pointed Commissioners. in terms of the Act of 14th Victoria, Cap. 1, to open a new line of Road lead- ing from Georgetown to Burnt Point, and to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to the parties through whosc land the said line of road is intended to pass: Now. we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence to execute the duties of the said Commission. by commencing at the‘West end of the said intended Road, on Tuesday. the Twenty-first day of September next, at the hour of Eleven o’clock. in the forenoon, of the same day. and proceed along the said new line of road, and execute the Commission according to law.
