In the adaicalty court yesterday, McCoy Q. ©, acting for the crew of the barge which assisted in getting the steamer Wor- cester into Cans» recently, when she was disabled, was granied an order to intervene in the salvaye suit of Franklyn aganst the steamer and her freight. The Worcester’s rudder was unworkable, and the barge steered her while towing. It is claimed on behalf of the barge that the Worcester could not have been taken into harbor but for her assistance. — Halifax Chronicle.
