[sp c1AL BY TELEPHONE. | A fire occurred at Summerside about half-past eight o'clock last night in a barn on the west side of the Market House, used asa stable by Levi Silliphant. In about eight minutes after the alarm had been given the hand engine was throwing quite a stream of water cn the burning building, and in a very short space of time the steam engine Beaver threw two heavy streams which soon put the surrounding houses out of danger, and stopped what might have been a very serious conflagaration.
