the Association of Common- _wealth Universities biennial Council Meeting. Dr. Meincke ‘ was named by the Association

ofrUniversities and Colleges f Canada as one of four embers to represent member niversities of Canada on he Council for 1979—80.

The Council Meeting will be held from January 21
