HOLMAN against WILLIAM JEMIESON, the elder. and WIL— LIAM JEMIESON. the younger; I nave taxen and seized as the property of the said William Jemieson. the elder, and William Jemieson, the younger. all the Right. Title and Leasehold Interest of the said William Jamieson, the elder. and William Jamieson. the young- er. in and to the following Tracts, Pieces, or Parcels of Land. bounded and described as follows, viz:—

All that tract, piece. or parcel of land situate. lying and being in St. David’s Parish. in the County of Prince County, in Prince Edward Island, commencing at a stake fixed on the south side of the road leading frOm Charlottetown, thence south thirty-eight chains, thence west thirty chains, thence north to the road, thence following the courses of the road to the place of beginning, and is part of Lot 01' Township, number nineteen (12)) in Prince Edward Island, aforesaid. con- taining, by estimation, one hundred and twenty-one acres, be the same a little more or less.

Also,—-all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on Lot or Township number nineteen aforesaid. in the Parish of St. David, in the County of Prince County, in the said Island, commencing at a stake fixed in the north-east boundary of Neil Mac- Intyre’s land, thence running sonth forty-six chains and sixty links to the Charlottetown road, thence east along. said road fifteen chains. thence. north forty chains. thence west three chains and eighty-live links, thence north eleven chains, thence West twelve chains and seventy-live links to Barbara Weit Creek, thence run- ning in a sontheastwardly direction across the Creek to the place of beginning, containing seventy-one and a. half acres,a little more or less.

Also, all that other tract or parcel ofland.commencing at a stake fixed on the south side of the road, at the north-west corner of the globe, thence run- ning south forty-one chains to the Loyalist's line, thence west along said line twenty chains and twenty links, thence north forty-one chains to the aforesaid road, thence east along the road to the place of begin- ning, containing eighty-three acres, little more or less, the said two tracts or parcels of land together contain- ing by estimation, one hundred and fifty-four and onc-_ half acres, be the same a little more or less, together with all the buildings, ($60.,

Also,--all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate. lying or being, on Lot or Township number nineteen, in the parish of St. David. in the County of Prince County. in the said Island, commencing at a stake fixed in the south east angle of land now leased to the said William Jamicson, on the north side of the road leading to Charlottetowo, from thence north twenty- one chains and fifty links to the mill dam. thence- southeastwardly along the mill dam and streamto the, centre of the bridge on the road aforesaid, thence west, along the said thirteen chains and fifty links to the place of beginning, containing, by estimation, fourteen acresjbe the same a little more or less.

Also,—Eleven other, acres of Leasehold Land, situate on Lot or Township number nineteen. aforesaid, to- gether with the Mills, Houses, Barns, Buildings and Implements, upon the said several tracts, pieces or parcels of land. herein before described, erected or in anywiso appertaining, all being situate in the County and Island aforesaid; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Saturday,,the ninth day of July. 1870., at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House. in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on, the said writ, being one hundred and eightydive pounds three shillings and four-pence, with interest on £184. a part thereof, from the 25th day of February last, until paid, besides Sheriff ’s fees and incidental ex enses.
