Three Fines Are Assessed

SUMMERSIDE — A Mt. Plea- sant man, Russell William Bell, appeared and was assessed fines on three charges by Magistrate W.° Chester. S. MacDonald in. Prince County Court yesterday morning.

The accused was ‘fined $10 each on charges of speeding, driving without, a license and was assessed a fihe of $20 and leosts on a charge of unlawful possession of liquor.
