Your grade seven pupils were the honored guests of the Char- lottetown Lions Club din ner meeting at the Charlottetown Hotel last evening. each of them the winner of their district in Queens County. in an essay writ- In: contest on the subject “Care of Your Eyes".

The contest is co- sponsored annually by the Charlottetown Lions Club and the Canadian In- stitute for the Blind. More than 300 essays were received from the four districts in the county.

Bill Brown of the Lion: mittcc introduced the pupils at the mceting, and presented their teachers with corsages. Alex Diamond of the same commit- tee. presented the winners with their prizes.
