Printer ofthe “ Royal Gazette,” has taken a hint from my last communication to you, for if you only look at the Gazette of the 5th instant, you will find it contains a pre- cious lot of speeches, to obtain which I know not what means were employed. Some say that he sent his “ Devil” round to collect them, and others say and per- haps with more propriety, that, that sapient personag: (the Printer) made a Devil 0 himself on the occasion, by going round to solicit members to write their speeches for him.
