Tenders must express the price per pound and gallon, in the currency of this Island, and be accompanied by the names of two suflicient securities for the performance of the contract.

Prince County Jail, at St. Eleanor‘s, and King’s County Jail, at Georgetown, severally, from the 1st day of January, 1870, to the 81st day of December, 1870, inclusive, with the followmg articles, the same to be delivered at each Jail. respect- iVely, at the cost of the contractor. and in such quantity or quantities as shall, from time to tune, be demanded or required, viz:— Hard and Soft Bread, Molasses. Oatmeal, Seal 01 and Cord Wood. '

Allthese articles are required to he ofthe best quality. The wood to be four feet long, and to be piled in the respective Jail Yards, six feet high, at the expense of the contractor,and to consist of Black and Yellow Birch, Beech and Maple. No crooked or rotten wood will be taken. .

Islam], passed in the 24th year of the reign ol Her MaJesty Queen YICI-tll'la, intitu.cd “ An Act in amendment of, and In addition to the acts relating tojudgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” upon a certain Judgment entered of Record in the said Court, in a cause wherein James Reid is Plaintiti‘, and the said George Leonard, Defendant. .

Whereas application hath been made to this Court on the part of the Exceutors ot the said James Heal, the

Plaintiff, stating that the sums of Fifty-two pounds Eighteen shillings and Seven-pence, debt, and Three pounds costs, together with interest on the said £52 18s. 7d., are due and owing on, and secured by, a certain judgment entered of Record against the said George Leonard, in or about Trinity Term, A. D. 1863, for the sum of One hundred pounds Ten shillings, debt, and the said sum at Three pounds, Costs of suit. and execution -on such judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said. the Executors of the said James Reid. the Plaintiff.

It is Ordered, That unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said George Leonard, deceased, shall. on the First day of Hilary Term next, at Charlottetown, come forward an show cause why execution should not be iSSued upon the aforesaid judgment, as prayed for. then execution will be issued against the lands, tenements, and heredita- ments of the said George Leonard, deceased, in pursu' ance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to, the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature."
