Mrs. Dunn, Montague, who was a passenger in the vehicle driven by her husband, said she saw the girl run out into'the street and strike the side of their car; Mr. Dunn, driver_of_the vehicle, said he was travelling about 15 miles per hour but that he could not avoid striking the child.
