There is no money i it for the Proviccial ment, and the Provincial ment has no money to expend for such a purpose. If Premier Fa:qubarson’s con- tention should be successful, our inland fisheries will simply go to ruin, and sources uf wealth of the people of the Pro~ vince be destroyed. There are needed for the protection and development of there fi-heries carefully prepared regulations and a staff of competent, energetic und in- dependent officials to carry them out with- out regard to persons who have selfish interests at stake.
