The House is as good as new, as are the offices, which consist ofa large Barn, a Stable, and Cow- bouse, Poultr —house, Dairy, and Green-houses for pota. toes and turnips; an excellent Spring of‘ Water is near the House, and the fields are watered by a brook running through them.

The wliole will be let together, or in one Farm, for such term ofyears and on such conditions as may be agreed on; or the property will be divided into Farms, to suit the views of offerers; or, ifpreferred, the one half (217 acres), including all the improvements, will be sold
