Be it therefore enacted, by the Lieutenant Governor, Coun- cil and Assembly, That with respect to the aforeSaid Town- ships—to wit, Numbers Two, Three, Four, Five, Six and Nine, it shall and may be lawful for the said Commissioners, and they are hereby directed, when called upon, according to the provisions ofthe said herein before recited Act, to cause the Boundary Lines dividing the same, or any two ofthe same, to be fixed at either end thereof, whether the same shall abut upon the Sea Coast or an Inland Bay, River orCi'eek, or
