A student from Montague was

one of 24 students at Gallaudet College, Washington” D.C., to make the Dean’s List for high scholastic standing during the first semester of 1961-62. The college is the world’s only col- lege for the deaf.

The student is Irvin Stewart MacDonald, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest MacDonald, who moved recently to Montague from Nova Scotia. Irvin’ is a sopho- more at the college.
