This fearfal disease often makes its appearance between the ages of forty and fifty, and might gene- | rally be prevented by attending regularly to the | proper action of the liver and.stomach ; these or. vans, at this time of life, have a great tendeney to | derangements, when asthma, dropsy, or disease of the heart often sets iu. The blood requires frequent elimination which no other medicines can so efleetu ally perform as these purifying Pills, as they purge | gently, and actimmedia ely upon the liver and sto- mach, and thus remove all obstructions which at | the turning point of life always ocear. This dan- gerous period should be closely watched ; two doses | a week of about six Pills will ward of all dangerous | diseuses. But in all cases ofdropsy the Ointment | is a wonderful and sovereign remedy, and must be | effectually rubbed twice a day into the suffering parts.
