I have thought fit, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council, further to proroguc the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby prorogued until Tuesday the Eighth day of January next. of which all persons concerned are required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

TENDERS QUEEN’S COUNT! JAIL, Colonial Secretary’s Oflicc, Cth December, 1866.

SEALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until 12 o’ctoek, noon, on MONDAY, the 3lst day of DECEMBER, inst., from any person or persons being willing to contract to sup- ply QUEEN‘S COUNTY JAIL, at Charlottetown, from the lst day of January. 1567, to the Blst day ofDeceuiber, 1867, inclusive, with the following articles, the same to be delivered at the Jail, at the cost of the contractor:—

Ilard and Soft Bread, Molasses, Oatmeal and Seal Oil.

All these articles are required to be of the best quality. Ten- ders must express the price per pound and gallon, in the currency of this Island, and be accompanied by the names of two sullicicnt securities for the performance of the contract.

Payment to be made by warrant on the Treasury. Tenders to express on Cover “ Tender for Queen’s County Jail.”.

UBLIC Notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, Court of Assize and General Jail delivery for Queen’s County, will be held at the Court House, in Charlottetown, on Tuesday, the Sth day of January next, at the hour of Ten o’clock, forcnoon, of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, lligb and Petty Constables and Bailitfs. will take notice,and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several offices shall be to be done.
