The yearbook society would like to hear your side of the next school year. We will give you plenty of room in the book BUT we need you to provide the info. It is all very well and good that your organiza- tion does wonderful things all year but if they are not recorded for history’s sake then...

I ask that you appoint someone to be the liason to the yearbook office and all they need to dois...

1. Contact us at least one week in advance to arrange a photographer to cover your event.

2. Collect pictures of other events you have where we are not present.

3. Collect the facts... one does not need to write a story necessarily but a list or outline that covers the events and results (THE WHO, WHAT, WHERE AND WHY) of each event will get us to write a great story for the yearbook.

Now none of this sounds hard but every year societies promise me stories and pictures and every

year... NOTHING SHOWS UP EVEN WHEN WE REMIND YOU!!!

PLEASE...PLEASE... Let us and the rest of the

campus know you exist, don’tbe strangers drop on down to the office and introduce yourself.
