The program involves a set of credit courses (Arts 101) for groups of up to 12 first-year students in the fall semester, each first-year seminar being designed and led by pairs of third- or fourth-year students. Seminar leaders enroll in Arts 400, a six-semester-hour course, preparing their seminars over the spring and summer, and leading them through the fall.
