with black trim and black base. to a {height of four feet. The kitchen has built in cupboards and ironing board. Lending off the kitchen is the garage, and rear entrance and stairway, leading to the second floor.

On the first floor quartered satin finished red oak is used for all floors. Perhaps the most strik- ing bounty of this new re idence is the doors. trim, base. etc, all of figured red gum finished in mahog- any tones to match the floor.

The Colonial style stairway lead- ing to the second floor will be. when completed, of satin finished i red oak, to match the floors. ‘ l trimmed with quartered red gum. ‘ On the stair landing is an art glass ‘ window.
