I do hereby publicly uotily the owners. or occupiers of Lands in this Island, for which the annual Assessment or Assessments charged thereon hy the said recited Acts, or some one or more of them, of nine shillings and two pence lawliil money of this island fol eVei‘y hundred acres of wilderness or unimproved Lands, Contained in the Si'Vt'l‘ill 'I‘ownsliips and the islands belonging thereto; and the sum

)Y virtue ofa writ of Statute Exocution to me directed issued ' out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court ol'Judicature, at the suit of Alpheus Hardy and William Dcuiond,against W.Bradford Dean, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Defendant, all the right. title and interest, in and to one Fishery Reserve,situate at Tignish Run, in Lot No. 1, in Prince County, formerly occupied by Wm. Hubbard; also another Fishery Reserve, situate on Lot 1. formerly occupied by 'l'hos. Donolioe. together with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 19th day of Ocobcr, 1505, at i2 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St Eloanor’s, set up and sell by auction the above mentioned property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £4692 109., besides Sherilf's fees and all incidental expenses.
