Also at this year’s ceremony, the late Gene MacLellan will be posthumously awarded with the Dr. Helen Creighton Lifetime Achievement Award. Representa- tives of Mr. MacLellan’s family will accept the award during the ECMA show. They will join others in a tribute to the singer songwriter who made his home here in PE}. MacLellan is best known for writing two of the most popular songs ever written: “‘Snowbird’’ and ‘‘Put Your Hand In The Hand.’’
