And a sum sufficient out of the amount voted for the contingent expenses of the House of Assembly, to pay the Speaker of the House seventy-five pounds, and each member of the House thirty pounds each, for their attendance during the present session, together with their travelling expenses, in coming to and returning from the Legislature.

And a sum of seventy-five pounds to the President of the Legislative Council, and thirty pounds to each of the members of the said Coun- cil, for their attendance during the present session, together with their travelling expenses, as allowed to members of the House of Assembly, in coming to and returning from the Legislative Council, the same to be paid out of the amount voted for the contingent expenses of the Legis-

lative Council.

McDonald against Ann Bourke, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Ann Bourke. all the Right, Title and Interest of the said Ann Bourke in and to TOWn Lot No. Nine (9), third Range. Letter A; also Town Lot Number ten (10), third Range, Letter A, with the buildings and Improvements thereon, situated in. Georgetown, in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will. on Wednesday, the Third of June. 1868. at One o'clock in the afternoon, at the Court House,in Georgetown. in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of Seventy-six Pounds Eighteen Shilling and Seven-pence, with interest on £65, part thereof, from the 19th day of November. in- stant, (1867), till paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all other incidental expenses.

rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Murdock against Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, I have taken and seized as the preperty of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, All their Right, Title and interest in and to the following tracts, pieces or parcels of Land, namely : all the Right, Title and Interest of Angus McAulay, in and to Town Lot No. 1. third range. Letter G. in Georgetown, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate on Township No. 53,:in King’s County, the first containing 100 acres of Land, a little more or less, the second containing 60 acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the Right, title and interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land. a little more or less, situate on Township Number 53, with the Buildings and appUrtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos, 212, 222 234, 245, 246 and 303. in the Royalty of Georgetown. with the buildings and appurtenances thereon, and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 18th day of February, 1868, at the Court House, in Georgetown, at the hour of Twelve o’clock, noon. set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 123. 6d. debt. with interest theroon from the first day of August, 1862, until paid, and £3 163. 8d. costs. also, 163. 8d. for writ, besides Sheriff's poundage and all other incidental eXpenses.
