SHERIFF’S SALE.

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of B Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John McDonald against Edward Cody, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Edward Cody, all his right, title and lease- hold interest, in and to 80 acres of Land, fronting on the Mcnaghan Road, on Township No. 36,with all the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 30th day of March, 1864, at the Court House in Charlottetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, or as. much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the, said writ, being £67 I7s 8d, and interest on £57, part thereof, from the 27th day of February. 1863, until paid, together with Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses. ’ HENRY LONG WORTH, Sheriff.

LIGHTS AT CAPE RACE AND GAPE PINE. 11‘” reference to the Notice to Mariners, No. 28, issued from ‘ this other: on the 12th day of June, 1865, win-rein it is stated—“ that the ﬁxed light at Cape liace Would be altered to a revolving white light; and the revolving light at Cape Pine to a ﬁxed white light"—Marim-rs are hereby informed that these in- tended alterations, owing to unforseeu circumstances. have not yet taken place; but due notice will be given of the actual changes, when it is known at what time they can be ell‘ected.
