this oﬂiee on the 12th day of June, l‘tES, wherein it is stated—“ that the ﬁxed light at Cape Knee Would be altered to a. revolving white light; and the revolving light at Cape Pine to a fixed white light"—-Mariners are hereby inl'ormed that these in- tended alterations, owing to unforseen circunntanccs, have not yet taken plaet ; but due notice will be given of'tlic actual changes, when it is known at what. time they can be etft-ett-d.

The light at Cape Race is at present a. ﬁxed white light, and that at Cape Pine a. revolving white light.
