To those privileged to bear Mr. Troup. it was one of life's tire-It experinces to listen to such truly magnificent playing.

A highlight of the Malcolm Troup concert was the entrance of the three standard bearers of the Im- perial Order of the Daughters of the Empire. There was I flag and standard bearer for each chapter: Royal Edward Chapter - stand- ard bearer, Mrs. E. G. Saunders; Earl of Hillsboro Chapter - Mrs. J. S. MacDonald; Lucy Maud Mont- gomery Chapter - Mrs. Stewart Macl(ay. The three standard- bearers made an impressive en- trance to the music ”Land of Hope and Glory; This was played with national fervor by an Englishman of high musical and academic at- tainments, Mr. L I-Morgen.

Mr. Malcolm Troup who has been touring Europe had many farewell parties given for him. At one of these parties four Europ- ean princesses were present.
