FREDERECTON, July 8. —The Provincial Government is to name a commission to investigate the theft of examination papers which took place in the Provincial Nor- mal School on the night of Tuesday June 8. The personnel of this com- mission will be lion. J. B. M. Baxt- er. Premier and Attorney General; Hon. A. J. Legere, Provincial Sec- retary-Treasurer; Hon. L. P. D. Til- ley. President of the Council.
