The program competition for Women's Institute branches was held again this year. All institutes

The winners for both Program Content and Art work were an- nounced recently. For program content the judges were Mrs. Ju- lian Herring and Mrs. Ralph Manning. and they selected Park- dalc as "tops" in this division. Springfield placed second. while Uigg.- Kinross and Mount Herbert tied for third place. Honorable mention was given to Hunter's River Central Royalty, Brackiey Point, and West Royalty.
