Legislative Council Chamber, FRIDAY, April 20, 1866. IS Exccllency the Lieut. Governor having Come down to the Council Chamber, this night, at ten o’clock, was pleased to give his assent to the Bill intituled as follows. viz;

This day, at 4 o’clock, p. m., Ills Excellency the Lieutenant Governor again came down to the Council Chamber, and assented to the Bills intituled as follow, viz:
2. An Act for the purpose of transferring the Funds raised by the Sale of the Military Barracks in Charlottetown, to the purposes therein mentioned.
3. An Act to incorporate the Western Bank.
4. An Act to incorporate the Charlottetown Woolen Factory Com- pany.
5. An Act to compel Masters of Vessels to exhibit a Light while in harbor in the night time.
6. An Act to incorporate the Minister and Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of Cascumpcc.
7. An Act to amend the Act incorporating of the Minister and Elders of St. John’s Church in the District, of Belfast.
7. An Act to incorporate Mechanics’ Fishing Company, Char- lottetown.
9. An Act to amend the Act intituled “An Act for establishing a Court of Divorce in this Island and for repealing a certain Act therein mentioned.”

Road District No. 6—Prince County.
WILL sell, commencing on Monday, the 28th May, instant, at
9 o’clock, a. m., the Repairing the Main Western, Road, from Kensington to Jepp’s, and from Jepp's to line road between Lots Nos. 19 and 25, to the Kensington Road, thence to Kensington; then the Irishtown Road to the line of Lot No. 18.
On Tuesday the 29th, at 9 o’clock. the road from Townsend’s Mill to Kensington; then the road between Lots Nos. 19 and 25, to Wilmot Creek Bridge, and from thence to Reid’s eorner; from thence to the line of Lot No. 17, from Reid’s corner to Townsend‘s, Richmond.
On Wednesday the 30th, at 9 o’clock, the Main Western Road from the line of Lot No. 17 to Townsend’s Mill; then the new road to Jamieson’s Mill; then the road and bridge at James Ray- ner’s. JOHN TOWNSEND, Commissioner.

On Tuesday, the 5th, Anderson’s Road, commencing at Angus McNeill’s, at 8 o’clock, a.m.; Johnston’s Road, at 11 o'clock; East Road, at 12 o’clock: West Road, at 3 o’clock; Junction Road, at 5& o’clock.
On Wednesday, the 6th, the New Glasgow Road, to Fyfe’s Ferry, commencing at the line of Lot 23, at 8 o’clock, a.m ; Simpson’s Mill road, at 10 o’clock; embankment at Hope River, at 1 o’clock; North Road at 3 o’clock.
Ample security will be required for the due performance of each
contract. All timber, logs, etc., and every other nuisance to be removed
