VEVO he sold by Auction. at. the Colonial Building, at Twelve o’clock, noon. on the Sixth day of Novem- ber. A. 1). 1868. under and by virtue of a power of sale. contained in a certain Indcnturc of Mortgage, hearing date the 1st day of March, A. D. 1854, and made between John T. Pidwell. of Charlottetown. in Prince Edward Island. and Elizabeth. his wife. of the one part, and the Honourable Charles Young, of the same place, of tie other part, and by a certain deed of assignment, hearing date the 23rd May.
