Stray Cattle.

HERE have been on the premises of the Subscriber,

since the 1st of October last past, three Heifers, of the apparentage of 4 years and 6 years. respectively. One of them is of black color, with white spot, the other black, and the third red. The owner of these animals is requested to come and take the same away. before Thursday. the 27th of January. 1870. as other- wise they will be sold by public Auction, in front ofthe subscriber’s barn. at 12 o’clock, noon, on that day, to pay expenses, an order to that efiect having been ob- tained from a Magistrate.

OTICE is hereby given to the Stockholders in this Bank, who are now in arrcar for the payment of any Instalment. Balance, or portion of the last third part of the Capital Stock of said Bank, (which by the Act of the 31st Victoria,Chapter 17, intituled “ An Act to amend the Act incorporating the Summerside Bank.” was required to be made on or before the lst day of January, 1869, but in respect to which the payment has been further extended by the Act of the 32nd Victoria, Chapter 23, intitulcd "An Act in further amendment of the Act incorporating the Summersidc Bank”) that the respective balances or sums due. by them on their shares in said Capital Stock, is now hereby finally called for, and payment thereof is required to be made to the Cashier at the Banking House of the said Bank in Sum- merside. on or before the thirtieth day of December next; and in default of such payment, an order will be made for the sale ol the shares of such defaulting Stock- holders, pursuant to the Statute in that case provided,

and the By-laws of said Bank.
