One of them was removed to Mr. McKay's place of business last evening, the operation being witnessed by a large number ot people, and attended with considerable ceremony. The other two still adorn the Square, but their days are numbered. Thus one by one the old landmarks are passing away.

Notwithstanding the other meetings and counter attractions, they have drawn large aucliences, done a good work and made many friends. Many have signed the pledge. On Tuesday night, as per advertise- ment in another column, they receive a com- plimentary benefit concert. It is their fare- well, and will be the only opportunity here of seeing them in a strictly concert programme.

Ivsrector Devark closed his court yester- day afternoon, and left for Alberton this morning. Robert Jay and John Macdonald, (Ronald's son), were each sentenced to pay a tine of $50, or go to jail for four months, for netting in the Morell River. The charge of assaulting Warden McCullaugh, preferred against the same parties, together with other cases of violation of the fisheries law, prefer- against sundry persons, will be heard at the next sitting. This business of netting trout has been carried to extremes of late years, and how that an example has been made of some of the otfenders, it is hoped there will be less of it in future.

Mammoth Flour Mill. Orrawa, July 22.

Matther, of this city, is said to have been engaged to prepare plans for a mamimoth flour mill, to be erected by Sir DD. A. Smith, Sir Geo. Stephen, Allan Gil- mour, of this city, and other capitalistf, ou Lake of the Weeds, east of Winnipeg. its capacity will equal that of the largest mill at Minneapolis. The company are sending an expert to Hungary to study the Hungarian process.

' es Pe Hunter River for Charlottetown at 8.14 a. m., 1.33 p- m., and 6.12 p. m. Hunter River for Summerside at 6.58 a. m., 11.38 a. m., and 4.50 p- m. Summerside for Hunter Kiver at 6.15 a, m., 11.40 a. m., and 4.55 p. m. Trains are run by Eastern Standard Time, which is 47 minutes and 20 seconds slower than Charlottetown Time. Mr. Bagna!! will meet Trains from a}! points at Hanter River, to convey passengers to Seaside.
