Tux preparations for the Oddfellows Bazaar and Strawberry Festiva! in the Citi- zens’ Skating Rink are most extensive, and the energy with which the Committee and their assistants are working is worthy of commendation and will, without doubt, make the Bazaar and Festival a grand suc- eess. The interior of the Rink has been gaily decorated with bunting, evergreens, etc., and the tailes are being laid off in the most artistic and tasteful style.
