The action of the two Quebec Libeals, Messrs. Bourbonnais and Bruneau, is com- mented on by the Olvawa correspondent of the Montreal Gazette. They are said to be both disaffected on the sul ject of patronage. Mr. Bruneau is in revolt because Mr. Blair will not appoint his nominees to Ours caval oa the Richelieu river.
