BY virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of the Honorable James Warburton, Treasurer of Prince Edward Island, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, against the following Townships, being the arrears of Assessment due thereon for the sums of, viz :—

BY virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James MacDonald against John Andrew MacDonald, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said John Andrew Mac- Donald, All the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said John Andrew McDonald in and to a Lot of Land, together with the build- ings and improvements thereon, situate in Summorside in Lot or Township Number (17) seventeen, on a part of which the Summer- side Bank Buildings, Doctor Price’s Office, the Progress Office, a large warehouse and some other buildings are erected, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the Sixteenth day of April, 1868, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said property, or as much thoreof as willsatisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being (£3003) three thousand and three

pounds, with interest on £3000, a part thereof, from 1st April, 1867. nntil paid, and 16s ad for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and in-

at the suit of Edward Gay against Samuel R. Lane, 1 have taken and seized as the property of the said Samuel R. Lane. All the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Samuel. R. Lane in and to One hundred acres of Land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belong- ing, situate on Lot or Township number forty-nine, in Queen’s County; and [do hereby give Public Notice, that I will on MONDAY, the twenty-eighth day of October, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said Property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being two hundred pounds debt and costs. together with 16s 80. for this writ, besides Sheriff‘s fees and

[oct 17] Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Daniel Ilodgson against Alexander Martin and Alexander Compton, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Alexander Martin, All the Right, Title and Free- hold Interest of the said Alexander Martin in and to seventy- five acres of Land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Town- ship number Sixty-two (62), in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will on MONDAY, the twenty-eighth day of OCTOBER, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said Property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being One hundred and twenty-nine pounds with interest on the sum of One hundered and twenty pounds, from the nineteenth day of January last until paid, together with 16s 8d for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
