Stolen Kiss Ruled Crime.

ROME (Reuters)—Italy’s Supreme Court has ruled, in a judgment made known Friday, that a stolen kiss, even if planted only on a girl’s arm, is a crime.

It said. a kiss is normally “a manifestation of sexual instinct."
